  Lost a good customer. Been coming g here for over 5 years, and had a horrible experience there today. What a bunch of invalids, hope this place goes out of business asap. Off to Starbucks, screw these incompetent idiots.

  I have made the Tea Exchange a regular stop whenever I can make it up to Lake Arrowhead. Like others here have said, it is a cozy little shop, with a similar feel to Coffee Bean or one of the other non-Starbucks chains. Not as "funky" as some mom n' pop places, but not overly commercial, either. Their crepes are great, but the real star for me is their tea. They have an extensive collection of high quality and highly flavorful teas, with prices a little more affordable than some other quality tea joints like Teavana. One thing I love is that they have sniffing bottles of each blend so you can smell what you want to buy or drink there before you purchase, and not just go by a fancy name. I recently got a nice tea-sized French press, so I've been wanting to buy some more loose leaf teas, and so I was excited yesterday when I was able to visit the Tea Exchange again. It's a great place for both a warm pick-me-up while at the Village, and for taking a tasty blend home with you! + Friendly staff!

  The tea can be overdone and the staff border on unfriendly which makes an awkward experience.
